Dealer Support Center Manager





Under the direction of the Executive Vice President this position manages the Dealer Support Specialists that are responsible for supporting various dealers worldwide.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Overseeing, training & coaching members of the DSC team
Develop strong rapport with Master Spas Dealers by continuous check-ins via phone & email.
Coordinate with the dealers to determine and process shipments
Manage our finished goods inventory
Prepare sales orders and packing slips as needed & ensure accuracy from those generated by the DSC team
Work with production to ensure spas are completed for shipments
Coordinate with shipping to ensure smooth and accurate shipments
Build relationships with all dealers to maintain and grow their account
Resolve possible dealer concerns and problems
Monitor & approve hours worked for employees
Collaborate with our Accounting department to ensure proper payment terms are followed.
Additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience managing a team in an Account Management, Accounting or Customer Service area
Proven attention to detail and accuracy
Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Competent with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook
Experience with SAGE100 or other accounting software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent minimum

JOB TYPE:
Full-Time

SCHEDULE:
Monday – Thursday 7am-5pm with an hour lunch & Fridays 8am-12pm
** This is an exempt position and working in an excess of 40 hours per week should be expected.

COMPENSATION:
$55,000-$60,000 based on experience and qualifications
